Sports & Holistic Massage Therapy

Hi, I'm Wiktor—a Sports Massage Therapist, ITEC Level 5 qualified, with a strong focus on sports recovery, post-injury treatment, and holistic healing.

I work with a wide range of clients, from athletes and active individuals to those recovering from injury or dealing with the physical demands of everyday life. My goal is always the same: to help your body heal, restore balance, and get you back to moving well and feeling strong. Alongside advanced sports massage techniques, I also specialise in working with clients who experience migraines, stress-related tension, and emotional holding patterns in the body.

I’ve seen first-hand how physical pain is often linked to emotional strain, and I approach every treatment with this connection in mind.

Each session is tailored to meet your needs. At the heart of my work is a simple purpose: to be helpful and useful to others. Massage therapy has given me a direct and meaningful way to do just that—through hands-on care that supports both physical and emotional wellbeing.

45 minutes

for a particular area

60 minutes

for a couple of areas

90 minutes 

for the whole body

Together we'll choose one of the following:

Swedish massage, where I use a slower pace and lighter pressure

Sports massage, involving manipulation of muscles & soft tissue

Myofascial release, which promotes healing and reduces pain

Deep tissue massage, where I would use firm pressure to release tight layers of muscles

Remedial treatment, which includes a range of massage techniques from deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and sports massage therapy
